Little Bird Nanny Share services include:
- matching you with a family (or families) in your area with similar care needs if you want to share a nanny
- supplying great, qualified and or/experienced nannies with completed police, working with children and reference checks.
- providing six month public liability insurance with all nannies
- organising the arrangement between you and the other families (eg. where the share will be located on which days)
- organising the arrangement between you and your nanny (eg. hourly rates, working hours, holiday arrangements)
- conducting checks on homes to ensure any care environment is safe
- providing cover when the nanny is sick or takes holiday
- providing weekly learning and development program full of creative ideas of things to do with babies and young toddlers
